Executive Assistant to Jaclyn Robertson

Josee Haycock grew up in Draper, Utah, and played collegiate softball at Salt Lake Community College before earning a Bachelor of Business Administration from Utah Valley University. She graduated with High Honors from UVU and was recognized as an Academic All-American at SLCC.

Before joining JR Law Group in July 2025, Josee worked as an assistant collegiate softball coach at Weber State University and helped grow a startup business. She now serves as Executive Assistant to CEO Jaclyn Robertson, working closely with firm leadership to support growth, organization, and day-to-day operations.

Josee is known for her strong communication, organization, and people-first approach. Outside of work, she enjoys wake surfing, snowboarding, fitness, and art, and values time with friends and family. She believes kindness and being genuinely helpful make a meaningful difference in the lives of the people she comes into contact with.
